Quality
We only sell genuine Lego(R) sets and parts.
The sets are always factory sealed and generally in mint condition. Some might have minor shelving wear but please contact us in case of any problem and we will sort it out.
The new parts are never played with, just taken out of the bag for sorting and storage.
The used parts are also in a very good condition, any scratch or damage will be mentioned in the comments, but you will never get dirty, broken or non-functional parts
Please always check each field before placing an order.
Payments
PayPal is the only form of payment that our store will accept.
Payment should be made in 5 days from "Invoiced" date otherwise Non-Paying Buyer alert will be opened. If you need more than 5 days to complete payment please let me know via message or e-mail.
By placing an order, you accept our Store Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
Return Policy
If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, the buyer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee is charged. The remaining balance will be refunded through PayPal.
If the product was damaged during shipping, and the buyer purchased insurance, any damaged pieces will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
If no insurance coverage is purchased, the buyer is responsible for replacing damaged pieces.
Delivery times
Most of our orders are posted the same or next working day.
In the weekends it may take an extra day as no shipping on Sundays or bank holidays.
Packaging
The sets will always be carefully packaged with a protective layer of bubble wrap or foam film.
The parts and minifigures will be packaged in separate plastic bags.

Flat Rate Shipping: Austria 4.00 EUR / Europe 7.10 EUR / World 16.99 EUR
Flat Rate Shipping conditions:
- Sent as unregistered letter, i.e no tracking number, no insurance (let me know if you want tracking number, can be added for an extra cost)
- Not applicable for sets

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the package. The table below will give an indication of what you can expect to pay when you check out.
Note that packaging needs to consider in weights and dimensions. The most fitting shipping option will be chosen given the size and value of the order.
We are not responsible for any duties/custom charges that may apply as these are dependent upon the regulation of your country. These potential extra charges incurred will be at the buyers' expense. Check your local government rules on importing duties for goods coming from the EU or Austria.
